Dear wargaming enthusiasts,
Unfortunately, my shipping notification and tracking system does not always work perfectly. If you cannot find an email confirming shipment or containing your tracking number, please check your spam folder.
Sometimes it takes me longer to ship an order than I would like. There is a simple reason for this: all of my miniatures are handmade. I sculpt, cast, inspect, and pack them myself, and all of this takes time.
Shipping orders to the United States has also become more complicated due to recent changes in regulations and restrictions affecting international shipments. Because of this, some parcels to the US may take longer and may be sent through alternative shipping methods rather than regular postal services, depending on what is available at the time.
I am a wargamer myself, and I fully understand how frustrating it can be to wait for miniatures that you want to receive, paint, and put on the gaming table as soon as possible. That is why I genuinely do my best to fulfil every order and make sure it reaches its owner.
I truly want to see my miniatures in your armies, collections, and on your gaming tables. That is exactly why I design, sculpt, and cast them.
I am simply a craftsman. I do not have a large workshop or a team of employees — I do almost all of the work myself, at home. Because of this, the speed of production and delivery can sometimes depend on circumstances beyond my control.
If your parcel is delayed, I kindly ask for your understanding. I am doing everything I can to make sure every order is produced and shipped.
If you have any questions, please use the contact form on the website. If you do not receive a reply, please check your spam folder first, and then feel free to write to me again. I will do my best to respond.
Thank you for your patience, your trust, and for giving my miniatures a place in your armies.
With sincere respect to all of you.
