This is a very strange model, unusual. The author (sculptor) made it for the army of the Ice Warriors of Valhalla (Proxy of the Imperial Guard in 40K)

I think that this standard bearer can be used for various 40K battles. Warhammer fantasy, Necromunda, Turnip28, Trench Crusade and so on. He looks very grimdark
